With the rapid development of Internet, semantic web service is gonna be an important development direction in the next-generation network computing. Semantic web service discovery research is one of the hotpots in current semantic web service. At present, most semantic web services discovery research are based on the same ontology, few studies have the consideration of interoperability, which caused by ontology heterogeneous problem. On the other hand, with wider and deeper application of the ontologies, ontologies tend to grow bigger and bigger. Large-scale ontology has become a bottleneck of improving the efficiency of semantic web service discovery. This paper mainly studies automatically, efficient web service discovery in the semantic heterogeneous environment, the main contributions of this paper are as follows:First, the paper proposed an ontology mapping method based on the Fuzzy FCA theory, which is inspired by the existing basic theories and methods. In the process of ontology mapping, the proposed method builts a concept similarity calculation model by FFCA theory, which allows users to handle both crisp and uncertain data. We can find a more efficient and accurate mapping relations between ontologies and solve the problem of semantic heterogeneous.Second, we study the related techniques of the sub-ontology extraction. A method based on the concept of a similarity threshold traversal-based approach is proposed. The method calculates the semantic similarity of concept by traversing the course in a given set of services with the current traversing node to control the scale of the extraction ontology. Through the relevant ontology extraction in the process of web service discovery, it can reduce the scope of ontology mapping and save the time of ontology mapping. Then, it can effectively improve the semantic web service discovery efficiency under the environment of heterogeneous ontology.Finally, based on the above two results, we study the semantic web service discovery framework and service discovery algorithm under semantic heterogeneous environment. In this discovery framework, the key modules are ontology mapping module and sub-ontology extraction module. Through the introduction of these two modules, the framework can supports the web service discovery both in single ontology environment and semantic heterogeneous ontology environment. The framework effectively solves the heterogeneous problem exsiting in tranditional semantic web service discovery and the bottleneck caused by the size of ontology.This paper proposed a concept similarity model of ontology mapping, a sub-ontology extraction method based on similarity threshold and a web services discovery framework in heterogeneous environments. Experiments show that our research can effectively address the problems of semantic interoperability between web services and improve the semantic web service discovery efficiency in heterogeneous environments.
