Research And Implementation Of Base-Band Processing Of TD-SCDMA Protocol Analyze Tester

The TD-SCDMA industry has entered a fast development period since 3G licenses were issued at the beginning of 2009. With more and more mobile equipment manufacturers to join in the product development of TD-SCDMA, the demand for test instrument is growing. TD-SCDMA Protocol Analyze Tester that provides more comprehensive tests to ensure and improve the quality of TD-SCDMA terminals arises at the historic moment.TD-SCDMA Protocol Analyze Tester is divided into two subsystems. One is the software offline system, and the other is physical system with hardware, such as RF module and baseband cards, etc. The software offline system that is no hardware and processes of coding and modulation communicates with terminal software through TCP/IP interface and tests the TD-SCDMA L2/L3 protocol directly. The physical system is an integrated test development platform. Based on this platform, users can complete the TD-SCDMA L1, L2, L3 and between layers of a comprehensive protocol testing.This thesis designs and implements the base-band processing of TD-SCDMA Protocol Analyze Tester. The base-band processing of the offline system simulates the physical layer procedures and wireless channels. The designs of the testing process and the communication mode with UE are innovative. The base-band processing of the physical system implements the physical layer procedures and interlayer communications. The base-band processing has perfect log information that is convenient for the user to analyze and locate problems. That is one of the characteristics of protocol analyze Tester.The achievement of this paper has been applied in TD-SCDMA Protocol Analyze Tester and passes the validation test. It realizes the base-band processing of TD-SCDMA Protocol Analyze Tester.
