With the increase of various electromagnetic interferences in the environment, the high frequency electromagnetic interference especially those who can penetrate slots or wires into the equipment will cause internal damage to the circuit, and even make the equipment appear malfunction.The researches about the electromagnetic radiation effect have many ways. The full-wave analysis and various physical field computation can reflect the physical mechanism, but they are difficult in model design and computer running. By the study of different method, this article resolves the electromagnetic coupling problem of electronic equipment with the outside electromagnetic radiated interference by Equivalent Circuit Integral Equation method (IEEC) model which is completed by the combination of field method and circuit method. Those works reflect the accuracy of full-wave analysis and the validity of circuit analysisThrough the electromagnetic field Integral equations (MPIE), this article gets the scattering field of impedance matrix and equivalent circuit by the discretion of the Boundary Integral Equation. Based on the establishment of equivalent source model of external disturbance, the coupling effect of the shielding box with holes and cables are calculated and analyzed. The electromagnetic interference calculation of the interior multilayer PCB circuit is done by the establishment of the IEEC model. By compare the calculation result with the simulation result which come from FEKO and ADS, it indicates that the IEEC model method which combine the field and circuit method together has advantage in accuracy and validity and provides an effective solution to the electromagnetic coupling problem in high-speed circuits.
