Security has been the focus of the whole society besides security of individual identity. With the development of society, people's requirements to identity authentication security have become more sophisticated. Traditional identity authentication methods are easy to lost, stolen and other security danger. Biometric technology is based on physiological or behavioral characteristics, and combines information processing technology to realize effective verification on individual identity. Fingerprint identification technology is one of biometric technology, and become the most effective identity authentication methods. It has been widely used in different fields.According to the problems in the process of examination, we apply fingerprint identification technology into examination management, and design a set examination system. This system is based on C/S and B/S; it includes online registration, examination management, fingerprint identification, information management and systems management. Meanwhile we design and implement the database table.Fingerprint image with optical fingerprint scanner after processing by the filter, reduced the amount of data at subsequent processing steps and effectively prevented the generation of pseudo-features. Fingerprint grayscale is converted into a binary image with only two gray levels by binarization. Through the refinement process binary ridge is converted into one pixel wide skeleton ridge, so that we can extract the details of the feature point. We can get the feature point of the fingerprint image by feature extraction algorithms based on details point. Finally, we can determine whether two fingerprints from the same individual by matching algorithm based on point pattern.We proved the content of this topic is feasible through the realization of the system modules, system integration, integration testing and test. We prove this topic of the research is feasible. This system realized the effective verification to density of candidates. To a certain degree, it prevents to take the instead of test. Furthermore, it makes redundancy examination management standardized, effective.
