With the rapid develop of computer and communications technology,data fusion that is emerging technology for dealing with data developed at stunning speed in recent ten years,and it had been used in military field and Civil field.Data fusion system is a multilevel, multifaceted process dealing with the detection, association, correlation and estimation to achieve refined position and identity estimates, and complete and timely assessments of situations.This thesis as the background of military defense project cooperated by electronic Engineering Department of Tsinghua University and the air Research Laboratory responds to problem that traditional single platform cannot establish accurate and reliable tracks,the research contents in this topic is proposed.The plots of single platform multi-sensor are treated by data fusion,the paper researchs the method for dealing with plots, detected data is fused and accurate and reliable tracks are setted up.The process for dealing with plots of single platform multi-sensor is proposed,combining the research of multi-platform data fusion and directing towards the character of single platform multi-sensor,it is mainly divided two parts:one is how plots establish tracks on single sensor;the other is dealing with tracks of different sensors.plots establish tracks on single sensor can reduce amount of calculation of the algorithm by dividing sectors,and emphasize to present direct-vision method and logical approach in the engineering system,an algorithm of two-dimensional distribution whose cost is calculated by distance is proposed and simulated,the result testify it is feasible. organizing batch and tracks fusion is researched detailedly in the treatment of tracks of different sensors, An automatic algorithm for organizing batches of associated tracks is proposed, In this algorithm the tracks will be distributed general batches according to the desired degree, so that following tracks'fusion can be dealed with conveniently,the simulation result exhibites the algorithm has good performance of stability on the background of exiting association error.Because system error is not considered in single platform,the tracks fusion fuses the tracks by asynchronous sequential fusion algorithm and get accurate and reliable tracks.
