With increasing development of radar signal processing technology, the conventional systems of radar signal processing are difficult to meet the requirement of high speed real-time processing, and its compatibility, flexibility and scalability are very poor. Higher demands on the performance of radar signal processing device are imposed. So the design and completion of general parallel signal processing system is based on standard system bus, with employment of high speed DSP chips as its processing elements.This paper mainly deals with the design of general radar signal processing hardware platform. A universal hardware system based on hybrid framework of high-performance DSP+FPGA is designed. Besides, the platform includes RocketIO, link-port high-speed communication and realization of CPCI bus interface based on FPGA. The design of the RocketIO transceiver in FPGA and the design of two RocketIO serial transfer protocols are discussed and achieved. At last, the routing of the PCB pivotal networks is simulated, the stability and accuracy of the platform is achieved.
