Autonomy of the future network architecture is one of the main directions and trends. The idea of autonomy network due to autonomic computing, self-government through Research in the field of ideological faith in the autonomous network architecture design features, in order to achieve self-organizing, Self-management, self-configuration, self-aware, self-optimization, self-protection, self- healing and so on.With more and more autonomy network applications and have been a lot of users who have different work areas and interests, and how technology will be one of the existing services and combining different personality for each user in the vast amounts of data to accurately and efficiently publish and choose to services in network applications urgently.In this paper, published with the existing service selection method was proposed based on self-organizing network technology and attributes of individual users publish and discover services classification system NBSP. System has a common node of two nodes and services to assist the role of the underlying structure of the network by connecting the autonomous nodes. Each node has its own local service registry, service to assist regional node also has a service registry to register the common node of the region's services. Top of the service participants to be concerned only the specific content of services, the traditional centralized approach to distribution services, without changes to existing services am and selection method, the whole self publishing and network services on the service selection process is transparent to participants.Based on this system, we design services for a large number of service resources based on user interest classification algorithm PINB. Naive Bayesian classification algorithm using combination of Chinese classification and codes for computer software, thus effectively improving the interests of different users based on classification accuracy. The basis of this classification algorithm, the application NBSP into the system nodes in the local classifiers to improve the efficiency of services and options issued.Finally, the paper design the network technology based on autonomy and personal property with the user service publishing and discovery NBSP classification system implementation system. Before relying on this system PINB proposed simulation algorithm.
