The Development And Application Of Distribution Manage System Based On Geography Information System

The electric power takes the national prop industry,is a complicated system,is composed of the electricity generation, transmission, smission and the distribution network system.Distribution network system is directly connected to the end users,therefore the service of distribution directly influence on the condition of end user using electricity. With the development of electrical power system, the distribution network is more and more complex and variability.The management of distribution became more and more difficult also.Distribution Manage System(DMS) should be studied and established,which have to meet the requirements of practical distribution,have important academic and practical values.It will enhance the management level of the distribution network.This article has researched and analysed on the function and technology of DMS applyed in HuZhou Electric Power Bureau. It introduces and elaborates on the essential technology and the practical experience to the system construction and implementation process.1. This article has elaboratesed on the background and significance of the topic and the research goal and the method as well.2. Has carried on a systematic elaboration on the challenge faced by the present power distribution management and the bottleneck faced by the traditional power distribution management pattern, and then drew out the systematic and constructive proposal.3. Has briefly introduced the overall construction of the DMS in HuZhou Electric Power Bureau. It involves the software system construction,the network and the hardware construction, and the software platform.4. Has introduced the construction of system data storagement about DMS in HuZhou Electric Power Bureau.5.
