The hotspot of enterprise competition has turned into human resource competition from the competition of fund and substance resource. Human resource management has become the important part of enterprise management. In the traditional human resource management system, human resource worker still always spends abundant time and energy on the manipulation of daily civil transaction and has little time to consider the strategy work which is the essence of the human resource management. Today, the progress of technology gradually liberates the human resource work's hands and cerebra. It makes human resource's work changed greatly. Via informationization means of the concentrative information database, dealing with information automatically, staffer self-help service, exterior assist and service share etc, the electric Human Resource system has the effect of reducing the cost of human resource management and enhancing efficiency and ameliorating staffer's service mode.This thsis mainly introduces the analysis, design and implementation of human resources management system . To the characteristics of Human Resources Management, we make a tradeoff aspects of architecture,system design analysis, databases design and data exchange with other systems. The purpose is to establish a system with soundly security, flexibility to expand, facilitate the maintenance. Firstly, we discuss the basis of the theory and knowledge of the corporate human resources management system; and then targeted human resources management system itself to the outside business system interface features, we specifically describe the human resources Web application framework (HRWAF) of the functional requirements; and based on J2EE standard System architecture, we discribe the design and implementation of the application development environment and core technology at all levels. We focus on the analysis of the operation process and data flow for business subsystem, such as recruitment, performance management, training management. Then we detailly introduce the implementation of system architecture with the MVC development pattern, as well as the implementation of the critical sub-systems training management. Finally, we analysis the implementation of the system's technical problems and the key technology and introduced the classic example of the application.Human Resource Web Application Framework (HRWAF) offers an agility, high efficiency, extendable and configurable application framework, which makes the developing of each subsystem just paying more attention to business logical implementation because HRWAF encapsulates many technologies specific which mainly includes web process controlling and database operation in detail. It provides an unification, vindicate easily and high reusing e-HRMSMS system architecture.
