With the improvement of the security of pay online platform and the change of consumption conception of dwellers, electronic commerce has been a part of our life, and will be a new consumption trends. According the "Investigation report of Chinese electronic commerce market, year 2009-2010 ", in the global world market, many malls have owned electronic commerce platform. In China, electronic commerce market has also been a large scale. Some large electronic commerce platform are being more and more grown up, for example, Alipapa, Dangdang, Zhuoyue, etc.Compared with traditional commerce, electronic commerce has many advantages to improve benefit and efficiency. For trader, it reduces exchange cost, brings a small storage, shorten produce period and increases trade opportunity. For customer, it brings more shopping channel, lower price and faster service. Today, with the improvement of dwellers' consumption level, consumption credit system and transport system, internal trader will need more electronic commerce platform.On the aspect of electronic commerce platform development, J2EE AND.NET are still the most popular technology. According the parlance of Mr. Fengfanghui, the CIO of China Population & Development Research Center, Generally, the Microsoft system will be the leading actor in the smaller enterprise, on the other hand, J2EE will be the leading actor in the bigger ones, which often use UNIX system, or have more than one operation system and business system, or have complex business requirement.This paper will show a J2EE-based electronic commerce platform, which has a model of catenation super market, and a key point of requirement analyses, design and development of member information management. The blue print follows the MVC pattern, uses the Spring Framework as main body, Struts as view layer tool and Hibernate as persistence layer tool. At one time, it uses DIV+CSS and Junit, and makes a try on the Test Driven Development, a new type of soft engineering thinking.
