Some control problems for large-scale systems are existed in the control systems. A lot of factors such as transmission delay, non-sensibility in measurement,physical characteristics are able to make for time delay. The modeling error and changes in work conditions bring on uncertainties. Therefore robust control for large-scale systems has important theoretical value and practical significance in engineering. Robust decentralized control is a common method in large scale robust control,It has been concerned about for many people widely. The paper is concerned with the decentralized robust control problem for the uncertain large-scale systems with time-delay. The theory combined with mathematical example demonstrates the effectiveness of the result.The main results are presented like this:First of all,the robust decentralized stabilization for a class of uncertain large-scale system with time-delay is discussed. A sufficient condition for decentralized stabilization feedback control is derived with the methods of the Riccati matrix inequality techniques and LMI method. Secondly, the large scale interconnected uncertain system with input time delay and parameter uncertainties is discussed. By utilizing the same methods,the sufficient condition for decentralized stabilization feedback control is offered.
