This site is entirely based on B / S mode internet network. On the concept of technology, the project was designed with Java programming, SQL Server2000 database. The technology of connection between database and Java application is JDBC. The entirety of the project uses the MVC design idea, which improves readability and reusability of code. On the concept of function, front desk management subsystem provide the featured of book online and order books for consumers, from user login and browse, site registered members, book category display and query, to shopping cart implementation. Background management subsystem provide network management platform features for administrators, from member registration, book category management, order management, scroll notice information management and then to library and information management. Basically achieved shopping site features process, to achieve user and business in the online book trade. The significance of this design is construct a platform for online shopping, so that people can stay at home will be able to buy their favorite products.As the site reduce the cost of dealers to open shops, reduce their risk, and provide a preferential price for buyers, make the buyers and sellers have a convenient trading platform. Also because the site has the advantages of simple, rapid data entry, norms, reliable, accurate statistics, tabulation flexible, adaptable and code easy to extend, therefore, this site has good prospects for development. The design already has a more mature technical theory, by improving, can add and sale of other goods on the basis of the original, further improve the website system.Finally, made the test to member center module and the background administrator module, made analyze and debug to test results. The test results are better, can better operate and manage the front subsystem and back subsystem.Through the design to the web site system, effectively improve the own ability which comprehensive use of the knowledge to analye and slove the problem, enhancement of understanding and grasp of things, trained to master the scientific research methods, correct design, independent thinking, courage to forge ahead, exploration and innovation, for further study and work has laid a good foundation.
