| Some basic concepts and theories including design process of DW(data warehouse) and OLAP (online analytical processing) and ETL(data extraction,conversion,loading) are introduced in this paper firstly. Then the current situation of the data saved in company of Line is analyzed, after which requirement analysis, themes, logic, physical and data preprocessing moduls are designed in the background of Line Community electronic services system(LESS) as a whole. Based on SybaselQ DW system with unique technology of vertical data storage and bit-wise indexing, the Data Warehouse oriented community service is constructed eventually, which is the most significant research work in light of practical requirement of LESS. The terminal ticket sales along with operation business and sunday performance in a region are taken for example when the data has been loaded. According to the data mart and multidimensional cube constructed based on relative themes, Our system explores the conditions and causes of Line performance to help the decision-makers formulate optimal strategies in which way the business is expanded and improved. The practicality and effectiveness of the DW system designed in this paper is demonstrated properly with abundant graphic charts in the realization part. The research achievements are summarized and the future work is still in progress as shown in the last charpter. |
