The study and the application of the photogrammetry technology has been taken seriously and play a pivotal role, in the defense, aerospace, aviation, industrial, medical and other fields. They have achieved a considerable degree of development and practical application. Can be said that, the need for human vision almost always require camera measurement occasions; the same time, not many human visual perception of the occasion, such as the exact quantitative measurement, dangerous scene detection, measurement is not visible objects, camera measurement also highlighted its advantages.Binocular vision position and attitude measurement is an important research direction of automation, is an important sign of intelligence. From the engineering point of view, the research has very important significance. In this paper, binocular vision pose estimation algorithm is studied, the main work can be summarized as follows:In this paper, the principle and mathematical model based on the position and attitude measurement with binocular vision were introduced. The work provides a basic reference for the position and attitude measurement algorithm with binocular vision.Presented a closed form solution of absolute orientation using unit quaternion, and implemented with MATLAB.Presented a adjustment algorithm with bundle adjustment. And the simulation proved that, the precision of measurement had been greatly improved...
