In recent years, the high-speed railway is developing faster and faster. In our country, the overpass high-speed railway is efficient and closed, which is more and more convenient for people's traveling and daily life. However, high-speed railway has a high-risk during its running because of its high speed and large number. High-speed railway's roadbed especially the bridge's security is of vital importance, which is closely linked with the trains'running.Because of high-speed railway's particularity, traditional methods which depend on the train-drivers'vision are not enough for the railways'monitoring. Against this background, this paper analyzes the current development status and problems of high-speed railway security monitoring system, take full advantage of the latest relevant technologies, design and develop a high-speed railway security system running on the high-speed railway bridge.Firstly, the whole system framework is designed in this paper, in which the 3G wireless network technology is applied to connect to the monitoring center. It can make sure of the data's steady and rapid transmission. Secondly, the hardware of system is detailed designed, including the central control unit, vehicle control unit, synchronous picture data acquisition unit, computer data communication unit and power management unit. The communication between the central control unit and synchronous picture data acquisition unit and power management unit adopts standard Modbus protocol that can keep the system's generality and easy maintaining. At last, the software of the system is detailed designed and developed including initial parameters configuration module, remote communication module, running control module, power monitor and management module, high bridge data acquisition and processing module and status data processing module, which can keep the system running coordinating and efficient.At present, the preliminary debugging of the system shows that the data could transmission well through the 3G wireless network, and the system can be applied in the high-speed railway's security monitoring.
