With the application requirements and related technology improvement, computer simulation technology developed toward the direction of distributed interactive simulation. Through periods of development, the new generation of simulation technology framework for HLA distributed interactive simulation has stand for latest developing trend. In HLA, simulation application with a wide variety of functions and scattered in different area can be easily integrated into a unified system to accomplish a comprehensive simulation tasks on different purposes, which provides a flexible and efficient way to simulation activity. In large-scale distributed interactive simulation systems, because of complex structure, wide range of data acquisition and management time-sensitive during run time in simulation, it is of value in theory and in practice to study data organization and management of real-time data access , optimization strategy and data distribution management issues.RTI is basis and core of simulation Federation running, this paper mainly focus on management mechanism of data distribution, as well as relevance algorithm and architecture. Firstly, this paper presents the fault-tolerant technology into the RTI architecture to ascend the system reliability. Secondly, considering the issue that efficiency of classic sorting algorithm dropped obviously in large scale simulation systems during management of data distribution, this paper presents the first aggregate then match matching program and involves the historical information in sorting area-based matching algorithm to increase usage effective and operational efficiency. After introduction to general idea and algorithm step at length, the paper introduces implementation of DDM in data distribution management, then it compares algorithm of this paper compared with classic algorithms according to experimental data.In order to adapt to RTI architecture, it is necessary to make change in time management architecture. Finally, this paper proposes the architecture and management program in accordance with the RTI's time management system, as well as data distribution management, which enhances system simulation efficiency as a whole.
