Ad Hoc network is a kind of temporary, multi-hop, mobile communication network, which is consisted by many nodes with receiving and sending device. In the information society, Ad Hoc networks are widely used in military or civilian fields. With the in-depth application, we urgently need to ensure the accurate transmission in Ad Hoc network multimedia, emergency data, real-time application. The key to solve this problem is the support of QoS in Ad Hoc networks.Routing protocol is an important component of network technology. So far, the MANET group under the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) has been responsible for the standardization of the Ad Hoc network routing protocols. DSR and AODV are the formed drifts, which are widely researched. Because of the mobility and randomicity, the mature QoS schemes in cable network cannot be transplanted to Ad Hoc networks directly, but still can be referable. Based on this, the paper select AODV as the breakthrough point of QoS research and improvement.By researching the Ad hoc network routing protocol AODV and related support of QoS, and the combination of many key technology, this paper presents a load-balancing multi-path unicast QoS routing protocol, called kn-AODV. The protocol uses the routing relevance to the Ad hoc, combining with the methods calculating the bandwidth, TDMA to select the key-nodes, which is used to achieve the traffic's convergence and shunt. Experiments show that the protocol to meet certain QoS requirements, and achieve the traffic load balancing to a certain extent. Compared with the AODV, because of the technology of multipath distribution and the traffic's convergence and shunt with adjusting the flow of network, the normalized load has decreased, and the success rate of arrival packet has increased.
