This article is aimed at these problems, such as currently business processes in coal mine safety management work is not standard, the phenomenon of information island seriously, system integration difficulties, and business development expansibility is not enough, analysis accident characteristics of coal mine ventilation and prevention, researches on the main reasons for coal mine accidents; researches based on "warning—process control—alarm" coal mine ventilation and prevention risk control model, identifies the general process of coal mine ventilation and prevention safety management system; establishes the coal mine "warning—alarming" ventilation and prevention model, including risk information collection, risk Identification and Management, risk information storage and analysis, risk warnings, security dynamic monitoring, and security management strategies, etc; researches the data access technology in heterogeneous system; selects distributed system model based on the web service, and releases the monitoring data in the way of service; uses genetic algorithm's global optimization characteristics to is used to optimize BP neural network to predict gas concentration in work environment; according to the three aspects including system development process, system architecture and system development tools, then makes a preliminary set of development standardization of coal mine ventilation and prevention safety management information system; uses agile development methods and concepts, through ongoing communication, continuous iterative, continuous integration, and continuous delivery of continuously improving the system function; owing to the deficiencies of traditional B/S architecture system, uses Ajax technology to access data asynchronously, greatly reducing the communication number between the browser and the server, improves bandwidth performance, in order to achieve good user experience similar to C/S;designs and classifies the modules of coal mine ventilation and prevention safety management information system, brings in the advanced Django background and Ext JS reception to exploit, have developed the system that the interface is aesthetics, easy to operate, has powerful function, good extensible, and also can provide powerful guarantee for coal mine safety production.
