This article was in the starting point of pre-mixed water jet shot peening mechanism, combined with ansys and water jet shot peening experiments and researched of premixed water jet shot peening techniques,specific research includes:1.According to fluid mechanics and two-phase flow theory, analyze the projectile suffered force of pre-mixed water jet shot peening; espectively compared the virtual mass force FX, Basset force FB, Magnus force FM and the Saffman force FSM with resistance FS; results reveal: projectile inertia, gravity, pressure forces and Stokes forces a greater impact on the bullet motion.2. Analysised the projectile particle in the high-pressure pipe,nozzle convergent section,cylindrical section and the injection nozzle prior to arrival to strengthen the movement of surface, obtained a conclusions of projectile motion can be divided into five stages (in high-pressure pipe line,in nozzle convergent section, the acceleration in the nozzle end of the cylinder, the acceleration in the initial section and the deceleration in jet basic segment).3. Established the export function of the injection pressure and bullet velocity by the relationship of the water velocity and the injection pressure,Newton Different Method, and obtained some conclusions of the increase of exit velocity with the increase of injection pressure.4.Obtained the theoretical formula of shot peening indentation depth,by theoretical analysis of shot peening residual stress, and calculate material critical speed of the projectile velocity and injection pressure to produce plastic deformation, the calculated values are 16.641m / s and 0.33Mpa.5.Researched of hardness, surface morphology and the macroscopic residual stress by ansys finite element software simulations and experiments of pre-mixed water jet shot peening.The results show that:after pre-mixed water jet shot peening, parts produced the residual compressive stress; inhibition of crack propagation; surface roughness of the material hardly change; the hardness increase up to 30%.
