| Purpose: Evaluation the effectiveness and security of oral TCM medicinal soup by benefiting qi,nourishing yin and promoting blood to treating diabetic nephropathy.Material and method:Application of computer retrieval, respectively, publication date from January 2008 to March 2008 in the journal, the database are mainly Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals(VIP),chinese biological and medical database(CBM) and Wan fang digitize Full-text Database,Pub Med,MEDLINE,manual retrieval at the same time. Collect oral qi and activating blood method of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy randomized controlled trial(RCT). To use Cochrane collaboration quality evaluation form to assess the methodological quality included in the literature,respectively by two independent researchers.Chinese medicine qi and activating blood method combined the conventional western medicine group with the same routine western medicine group set as treatment group and control group respectively.Chinese medicine qi and activating blood method combined the conventional western medicine group with the same routine western medicine group and ACEI/ARB group with the same routine western medicine and ACEI/ARB as treatment group and control group respectively, the application of statistical analysis into the literature Revman5.3 software for Meta analysis.Results:Through the choice of the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, the final total into accord with a standard 45 Chinese article RCT, research of 3140 patients with total.According to the quality evaluation to evaluate the included literature, of which 16 were rated as class B, the remaining 29 articles were rated as grade C. Meta analysis results showed that both qi and invigorate the circulation of Chinese traditional medicine in combination with conventional western medicine group compared to conventional western medicine group or qi and invigorate the circulation of Chinese traditional medicine combined with regular western medicine and ACEI/ARB group compared to conventional western medicine and ACEI/ARB,application of qi and invigorate the circulation of Chinese traditional medicine group can effectively reduce the diabetes nephrosis patient’s UAER, SCr,UAE,BUN,TG,TC the clinical total effective rate and TCM symptom integral is better than that of control group,funnel graph display is symmetrical, and no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:The method of benefiting qi,nourishing yin and promoting blood is effective and secure to treating diabetic nephropathy. |
