Clinical Effect Of External Counterpulsation Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine And Western Medicine On Unstable Angina Pectoris And Its Effect On VEGF

Purpose:Observation to use the formula and routine western medicine, and coupled with enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP) treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina phlegm turbidity and blood stasis syndrome of angina symptoms and curative effect of TCM syndrome and the content of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), and to analyze its mechanism.Material and method:Matching accept hospitalization in cardiology, VIP section to phlegm and blood stasis junction, 120 patients of unstable angina, according to the principle of randomized, controlled group, treatment group of 60 cases and control group of 60 cases of patients, respectively. Effect in the application of conventional western medicine group and chase for the phlegm and blood stasis, blood activating flux pulse, steady soup EECP therapy on the basis of application, for once a day, 60 minutes per treatment, 30 days as a treatment period of treatment, the control group in the conventional western medicine combined with unstable plaque soup treatment, in the first 10 minutes before the external counterpulsation treatment, at the end of the external counterpulsation treatment within 10 minutes from the end of the determination of two groups of blood levels of VEGF. And record control group and experimental group before and after treatment, the change of angina and TCM symptoms.Results:1 angina curative effect, two groups of significant efficiency comparison, the treatment group was 55%, the control group was 23.3%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2. The total score of angina pectoris, two groups before treatment, there is no statistical difference(P > 0.05); control group before and after treatment compared with statistical difference(P < 0.05); treatment group before and after treatment, total score of angina pectoris have statistical difference(P < 0.05); after treatment in the two groups, there are statistical differences(P < 0.05).3.in syndrome total score, the treatment group and the control treatment group before,there is no statistical significance(P > 0.05); the control group before and after treatment in contrast, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05); treatment group before and after treatment, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05);after treatment in the two groups, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).4 TCM syndrome curative effect, the treatment group and the control group in the significant efficiency, the treatment group was 53.3%, the control group was 18.3%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5 treatment group and control group after treatment, VEGF content was increased, the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05). The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, the two groups after treatment VEGF content was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine with enhanced external counterpulsation therapy can help improve the symptoms of patients with angina and TCM syndrome, curative effect is distinct, safe and reliable, patient compliance is good,worthy of clinical promotion.2. External counterpulsation treatment the curative effect of treatment of unstable angina mechanism may be related to improve the level of VEGF expression.
