Study On The Correlation Between TCM Syndromes, Tongue Image And Coronary Angiography In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

Obejective:This article based on basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine,combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,compared syndrome、tongue picture of coronary heart disease with result of coronary angiography,in order to explore the relation and meaning,and help the prevention,early detection and clinical diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.Data and method:The research selected 93 patients with coronary angiography who clinic in department of Cardiology of Shenyang Military District General Hospital from May to October of 2015.Including14 mild coronary artery diseased,79 patient of coronary heart disease.Medical history taking,observing tongue pictures,pictured and records,then input the inspection result and collected information into the computer intraday.Input the result of coronary angiography into the computer.Import the database into SPSS17.0 satistical software and analysis,research the relation between TCM Syndrometypes,tongue pictures with the result of coronary angiography.Results:(1)Among of the patiend of coronary heart disease,man more than woman,average age of woman were elder than man, the difference has statistically significant(P<0.05);(2) The grades of hypertension is positive correlation with Gensini integration,the grade of blood pressure higher brings much serious in hemadostenosis,the difference has statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)The morbidity of TCM type of syndrome from high to low:heart blood stasis syndrome>qi stasis syndrome>qi-yin deficiency syndrome>phlegm accumulated syndrome,etc.It showed that more than 5 patient Gensini integration,qi-yin deficiency syndrome>qi stasis syndrome>heart blood stasis syndrome>qi stasis syndrome>heart-kidney yin deficiency,the score among these groups has statistically significant(P<0.05);Gensini integration of recombination disease is higher than single disease,the difference has statistically significant(P<0.01);the disease of LAD,LCX are mainly recombinated,and RCA is mainly single disease,the first one has statistically signaficant(P<0.05);(4)According to virtual and actual of syndrome types,from higher to lower in sequence is:excess syndrome,deficiency syndrome,syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess;among of these three teams,Gensini score from higher is syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess、deficiency syndrome、excess syndrome; mostly of LAD、LCX、RCA are excess syndrome in average;(5)The occurrence rate of tongue color from higher to lower is light-red tongue,purple tongue,light-white tongue,red tongue,dark-red tongue;the thickness of furred tongue from higher to lower is thick fur,light fur,rarely fur,no fur;the fur character from higher to lower is humid fur,greasy fur,dry fur,slippery fur;(6)Light-red tongue and humid fur are negative correlation with lesion count;Greasy fur is positive correlation with lesion count;The difference in the Gensini score between the purple tongue and other tongue color has statistically significant(P<0.05);(7)Lesion of LAD is mainly purple tongue,next is light-white tongue,then light-red tongue;The lesion of LCX and RCA are purple tongue,then light-red tongue,then light-white tongue,and all of these three shows thick fur.Among of the patients with coronary heart disease,there are 17 hypertrophic tongue with LAD vasculopathy,the difference has statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion : There is a certain correlation in patients with coronary heart disease of TCM syndrome, tongue pictures and coronary angiography results. Through understanding the TCM syndrome types and tongue pictures of patients with coronary heart disease can judge the pathological characteristics, the severity of the disease and prognosis, and to direct coronary heart disease patients with clinical treatment.
