| Purpose:In traditional Chinese medicine constitution factors as the breakthrough point, investigation and analysis of Transient ischemic attack(Transient ischemic attack, TIA)of the infection situation and its correlation with TIA ABCD3 score,Explore the constitutions of traditional Chinese medicine and the overall physical fitness in the pathogenesis and prognosis of TIA constitute factors,provide a basis for prevention and control in the pathogenesis and prognosis of TIA. Material and method:All cases came from liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital inpatient acupuncture from March 2014 to March 2015,106 cases of Patients with the diagnosis of TIA.ABCD3 scores of all patients with listening, asking and diagnosis method,the factors related to TCM constitution and overall health,will be record/data statistical analysis,to explore TCM constitution factors with the onset of TIA and the relationship between the ABCD3 score. Results: 1. Risk stratification of ABCD3 score in 106 Patients:low-risk 37 cases(34.9%);middle-risk 36 cases(34.0%); high-risk 33 cases(31.1%),and its composition ratio has no obvious difference; 2. There were 32 cases of congenital genetic(30.2%),its ABCD3 average score was higher than the group without genetic inheritance; 3. The incidence rate and the average value of ABCD3 score of the Patients in the spring and Autumn period were higher than in the summer and winter(P<0.05).Gender composition has no obvious difference in the incidence of TIA,ABCD3 score of male was higher than woman(P<0.05);As the growth of the age, the incidence is increasing trend,elderly group mean a young ABCD3 score high in the middle-aged group(P<0.05); 4. There are differences in body composition in TIA(P<0.05),obese and severely obese is moderate posture,weight overweight weight not overweight ABCD3 high scoring average(P<0.05); 5. Insomnia group 50 cases(47.2%),the ABCD3 average score was higher than non insomnia group(P<0.05); 6. Smoking group 34 cases(32.1%),the ABCD3 average score was higher than non Smoking group(P<0.05);Excessive drinking group 38 cases(35.8%), the ABCD3 average score was higher than non excessive drinking group(P<0.05);The group with two kinds of bad habits 17 cases(16.0%),which was the ABCD3 average score higher than the group with only one bad hobby 38 cases(35.8%)(P< 0.05); 7. There were differences in the pathogenesis of TIA(P<0.05).Addicted to salty food groups and eat greasy group,with the ABCD3 average score were higher than the two group had no these bad habits(P<0.05).Addicted to the mild group and non flavor preference group,the ABCD3 average score were lower than the two group had no these habits(P<0.05); 8. The differences emotion(long-term and short-term)has no differences in the composition ratio of TIA(P<0.05),the Nu group and emotional stress group, with the ABCD3 average score were higher than the two group had no these bad habits(P<0.05). 9. There are differences between the overall constitution of traditional Chinese medicine composition in the incidence of TIA(P<0.05),phlegmy wet group, blood stasis group outsid. Yin deficiency group had large numbers than the other groups,and the ABCD3 average score were higher than the other groups,and the average quality is lower than the other groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:1. The risk stratification of TIA ABCD3 score had no significant difference in the 106 cases of patients; 2. The incidence of TIA had relate with genetic,season,age,physical appearance,insomnia or not,tobacco and alcohol addiction,more addicted to taste,taste partial addicted,modern changes and the overall constitution of traditional Chinese medicine;Has no different with gender; 3.The prognosis of TIA had relate with genetic,gender,age,season,posture,insomnia or not, tobacco and alcohol addiction,more addicted to taste,taste partial addicted,modern changes, and the overall constitution of traditional Chinese medicine. |
