Purpose: Through to the adenomatous colon polyps in patients with clinical manifestations in clinical traditional Chinese medicine, colonoscopy examination, pathological diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine and macro genome sequencing statistics for the spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type adenomatous colon polyps patients with intestinal pathogenic escherichia coli distribution, explore the spleen kidney Yang deficiency type adenomatous colon polyps and the correlation of pathogenic escherichia coli infection, syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of rich content, in order to better guide clinical treatment.Materials and methods:Into standard colonoscopy examination and pathological diagnosis of the subjects, under colonoscopy can see, all the participants can be divided into adenoma group and non adenoma. According to the results of the stool samples of intestinal flora macro genome sequencing, statistical adenoma group and non adenoma pathogenic escherichia coli infection in two groups, analysis of statistical spleen kidney Yang deficiency type adenomatous colon polyps and the correlation of pathogenic e. coli infection. According to the subjects’ clinical illnesses by high qualification type of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome differentiation and classification for pathology after colonoscopy adenomatous colon polyps patients divided into adenoma groups, there is diarrhea symptoms without colon polyps confirmed by colonoscopy examination subjects were divided into non adenoma group. 1. LEFSE is used to determine the differences between different strains category characteristics; 2. Use metastats analysis between the adenoma and adenoma group in the gut significant differences of the distribution of pathogenic e. coli. Prove that the spleen kidney Yang deficiency type adenomatous colon polyps and pathogenic e. coli infections have correlation.1. Adenoma group compared with the adenoma group intestinal pathogenic e. coli number exists obvious difference(P < 0.05).2. The number of pathogenic escherichia coli adenoma group was obviously higher than that of the adenoma group. Conclusion: Overall observation spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type adenomatous colon polyps patients with intestinal pathogenic escherichia coli infection status, found the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type adenomatous colon polyps in patients with intestinal pathogenic e. coli number more than adenoma group increased significantly(P < 0.05). Patients with colon polyps found combined with theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the constitution states that by adjusting the structure of intestinal flora is potential sample adenomatous colon polyps patients treated can be applied to new methods of clinical treatment.
