| This article has two parts, which are literature review and experimental research.The literature review is the advances in immunotherapy for malignant tumors,which introduced the interaction between tumor cells and immune system and current main immune therapy,including tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL), chimeric antigen receptors of T cells (CAR-T), cytokine induced killer cells (CIK), DC-CIK, lymphokine-activated killer(LAK), PD-1/PD-L1 path. It also introduces the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in inhibiting tumor growth.The immune escape ability is the basis of the metastasis of malignant tumor. NK cells play an important role in the process of tumor immunity. The activity of NK cells directly affects the escape of tumor cells or not. In the experiment, we can explore the functional status of NK cells by the expression of specific molecules on the surface. Th17 cells and Treg cells play a role both opposite and complementary in tumor immune response.,and the level of differentiation of the two is closely related to the development of tumor. The study found that Chinese medicine reflects selective in tumor treatment. There is some connection between the Channel Tropism and the anti tumor effect. It requires further study whether this selectivity is achieved by regulating the activity of NK cells and regulating the balance of Th17/Treg cells.Objective:Different channel tropism tonic prescription of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention of liver metastases showed some selectivity. Studies on the selective regulation of this kind of regulation from the level of immune cells may provide experimental basis for the study of the modernization of traditional Chinese MedicineMethods:40 BALB/c male mice were grouped randomly which are Group tonic herbs of lung meridian Formulae(Lung), Group tonic herbs of liver meridian Formulae(Liver),Group tonic herbs of kidney meridian Formulae(Kidney),Control,ten mice per group. Every group injected colon cancer cell CT26 through the spleen. and filled the stomachs of mice with different TCM from the day after molding. The control group were filled with deionized water only. Took samples by the twenty-first day of filling the stomach,D issecting the mice for the abdominal aortic blood, spleen and liver.NK cell activity was determined by LDH release assay,andELISA method for detection of IL-17 and TGF-β.Resuls:Metastasis could be seen in every mice liver. Compared with model group, the number of liver metastase and the volume of splenic tumor reduced both in the Liver Group and the Kidney Group (p<0.05), while the reset are negative. The cytotoxic activity of NK cells in the spleen of the three groups was statistically significant,while only the Liver Grop and the Kidney Group was statistically significant for peripheral blood and the Liver Group for liver. In Kidney Group, The IL-17 and TGF-βby peripheral blood were significantly decreased, which was statistically significant (p<0.05)Conclusion:Thetonic herbs of liver meridian and kidney meridian are resistant to tumor metastasis by upregulating theNK cell activity. Alsothe tonic herbs of kidney meridian induced immune response by upregulation of IL-17 expression.And the tonic herbs of lung meridian had no significant inhibitory effect on liver metastasis. |
