Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of COPD-PIF treated by supplementing qi and nourishing yin, activating blood and purging phlegm, and picking lung collaterals.Method:The patients with COPD-PIF(n=33) come from the third affiliated hospital attached to Beijing university of Chinese Medicine. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group were given traditional Chinese medicine particles of supplementing qi and nourishing yin, activating blood and purging pblegm, and picking lung collaterals and Western medicine comprehensive treatment. The control group were given Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) placebo and Western medicine comprehensive treatment. Observation period for one month. They were observed on the Symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, mMRC,the pulmonary fiction test,blood-gas analysis, Chest HRCT and the TESS.Results:1.In TCM Syndrome:the total score between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant (P= 0.045<0.05), treatment group total score decreased score higher than the control group.Groups within each treatment group before and after comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), total score after treatment were tower than before treatment.Between before and after treatment had statistical significant.2.In mMRC:the total score between the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant (P=0.303>0.05).Groups within each treatment group before and after comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), total score after treatment were tower than before treatment.Between before and after treatment had statistical significant.3.In the pulmonary faction test:theFVC、FEV1/FV、DLCO between the two groups after treatment was not statistically sgnificant (P>0.05).Groups within each treatment group before and after comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), total score after treatment were lower than before treatment.Between before and after treatment had statistical significant.4.1n the blood-gas analysis:the PaO2 between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant (P=0.029<0.05), treatment group total score increased score higher than the control group.Groups within each treatment group before and after comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), total score after treatment were lower than before treatment.Between before and after treatment had statistical significant.5.1n the Chest HRCT:the total score between the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant. Whether the treatment or control group were not improve the patient’s chest HRCT(P>0.05).Conclusion:It is suggested that the method of supplementing qi and nourishing yin, activating blood and purging phlegm, and picking lung collaterals, relieveing symptoms, improveimg arterial oxygen partial pressure.
