Objective:Ovarian reserve function refers to the quality and quantity of reserved in ovarian follicle, reflect the female’s reproductive potential and reproductive endocrine function. The decline in ovarian reserve(DOR) which can lead to fertility weakening and the lack of sex hormones for female, performance for infertility, oligomenorrhea, amenorrhea, etc, can be further development for premature ovarian failure. In recent years, the incidence of DOR a rising trend year by year, which affect women’s reproductive health and quality of life.Until now, the most common and effective method of treatment for DOR is hormone replacement therapy. The disadvantages is the increased risk of endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial carcinoma, breast cancer, stroke and other diseases.In addition, the oestrogen-dependent diseases such as endometriosis, uterine fibroids, physicians and medical diseases such as liver disease, gastrointestinal disease, migraine, cerebrovascular disease, stroke and other diseases are also taboo. The application of traditional Chinese medicine can avoid the disadvantage of hormone replacement therapy with multi-system,multi-directional comprehensive regulation which play to the advantages of safe and effective treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. This topic uses the method of kidney-tonifying and liver-smoothing and blood treatment, and compared with western medicine, to explore effective clinical prevention and treatment plan, establish the foundation for normalized treatment of TCM.Methods:Choose the inclusion criteria of 55 patients with ovarian reserve function decline, by the method of random and cases can be divided into the treatment group 30 cases and control group in 25 cases. Treatment group to Kidney and liver and blood Chinese traditional medicine oral,The control group oral western medicine of Climen.Three consecutive menstrual cycles, analyze the change of clinical symptoms before and after the treatment, serological index and Yin type B ultrasonic related index changes.Results:Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) of kidney-tonifying and liver-smoothing and blood treatment "clinical total effective rate was 73.33%, Climen’s total effective rate was 76.0%, comparing the two groups have no statistical difference (P>0.05), TCM and Climen, the overall effect of the treatment of ovarian reserve degeneration was quite.Comparing with in each group and between the two groups after therapy,it is proved that in improving clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, both groups can significantly improve the status of oligohypomenorrhea, menstruation late and Secondary symptoms and TCM symptoms total score, but the Chinese medicine treatment group in improving oligohypomenorrhea and Secondary symptoms is better than Climen group.In the improvement of serological indexes, comparing within each group after treatment (P< 0.05), it is indicated that each of them can change the FSH, FSH/LH, AMH level; Comparing between the two groups, Both of them showed similar efficacy in reducing the FSH, FSH/LH. And in improving AMH level, TCM has more advantages in treatment group (P< 0.05).In the aspect of the ultrasound index to improve the situation, both ways,before and after treatment in ovarian volume (P>0.05),have no statistical difference, which shows that the two groups have no obvious effect on improving ovarian volume; In sinus follicle number,two groups have significant difference before and after the treatment (P< 0.05), both groups can increase the number of sinus follicle of DOR patients. Comparing between the two ways, in the sinus egg number, the two has significant difference (P< 0.05), which notes that TCM in increasing the number of sinus follicle is superior to western medicine group, but both groups have equivalent efficacy in the increase ovarian volume(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of ovarian reserve function decline, The medicine of ’kidney-tonifying and liver-smoothing and blood treatment "overall curative effect and the western medicine Climen quite, mainly by increasing the menstrual quantity, regulate menstrual cycle, reduce serum FSH and FSH/LH level, improve the level of AMH, sinus follicle Numbers increase, thereby increasing ovulation, increase the number of eggs, improve the conception rate. To treat oligohypomenorrhea, late period, and to prevent and delay the ovarian function decline, improve accompanying symptoms, enhance the quality of women’s life, etc, is safe and effective.
