The research of a Municipal Waste Material Logistics Management Decision-Supporting System is the right alternative to facilitate the municipal waste material logistics management and promote the city environment management. Because of the lack of the spatial data and the advanced spatial analyse technology, orthodox Waste Material Logistics Management Decision-Supporting System is deficient .GIS provide the solution to the problem.It is based on the theories of logistics system engineering and the techniques of management decision-supporting system. It is studied the key technology in Municipal Waste Material Logistics Management Decision-Supporting based on GIS in the paper.The details are as follows:The first chapter gave the research discussed background, purpose and meanings of the paper, analyze the status of research and development on Waste Material Logistics at home and abroad.The second chapter analyzed the theoretical foundation of the waste material logistics and GIS technology. Then it analyzed the application method of GIS in waste material logistics system.The third chapter analyzed the characteristics of Municipal Waste Material Logistics Management Decision-Supporting system and explored the optimization of Waste Material Logistics System . And systematic database structural design and development mode corresponding to reality were deeply put forward.The fourth chapter analyzed the influence factor of the Waste Material Logistics. The fit predictive method of the Waste Material Logistics was set up. And it is proposed an example of the prediction of Waste Material Logistics.The fifth chapter performs analysis on typical shortest path algorithms, through which it selects and determines the most efficient shortest path algorithm based on the improved Dijkstra arithmetic.Base on the study of 5 chapters, this paper illustrates the GIS of Waste MaterialLogistics Management Decision-Supporting System in typical Municipality, expatiates the design and realization of the predictive of the Waste Material Logistics and shortest path algorithms in the system.Finally, the seventh chapter carried a summary to the main research work in this paper, and then gave some prospect to the further research.
