Recently, the PC as well as its micro-controller equipment has been fully developed. For the mature technology and rich software resource, it has been a new technology in the robot of system to employ PC resource and SCM ,. At the same time, the robot technology of Iatrical system has been an important developing direction. The former ROBOT systems often used to industry process and can't fully utilize the new computer technology and the SCM technology development was severely blocked because of its closing, So iatrical robot technology was severely blocked. Iatrical robot seldom used to tooth arrangement of full denture and be a lot of problems with shortage. For adapting continuously development of the society needs, tooth arrangement of full denture robot need to satisfy human requirement. Perfect tooth arrange satisfy the beautiful request and have the practicability and were received by the customer. This article presents a sort of system construction and realize method based on multi-controller tooth arrangement robot,realizing method and key technology, develops step motor controller and blending step motor driver based on l297/l298 Chip. The system not only makes use of module hardware and principal and subordinate system including industrial PC and independent design control board. At the same time, the multitask system software based on UC/OS-II operating system is developed and embed to MSP430 SCM. The software has friendly application of multi-controller tooth arrangement of full denture and, so realize multitask harmony of multi-controller tooth arrangement of full denture and control movement of motor. also, so realizes the opening and makes user convenient to control and further development.
