Mobile payment(or mobile business), just as its name implies, means to process some business deals such as bank payment, commerce, virement by sending messages by mobile-phone, IVR, WAP or HTTP(S) etc with the aid of some mobile communication terminals and other devices such as mobile-phone, Palm computer, portable computer.There are three kinds of run mode of mobile payment, they are the mobile payment operation which takes mobile operators as subject of mobile operation, takes banks as subject of mobile operation, takes independent platform of SPs as subject of mobile operation.In this thesis, under the run mode of mobile payment operation which takes independent platform of SPs as subject of mobileoperation, we discuss three mobile payment operations WAP > USSD and JJE which are running in Webimation, we give their network topology diagrams and application examples of each mobile payment operation; we study the communication protocol which is used in three kinds of business, and understand the data form that each kind of business uses in the course of transmitting; we put forward some questions that exist currently in the mobile payment platform in Webimation and give an integrated system project which aim at WAP% USSD and JJE and suit for independent SPs, the integrated system project provides the theoretic basic for improving the intrinsic system, in this way,the improved system can have more extensive commonability> expansibility and dynamics.The purpose of improving the intrinsic system:1> Solve the problem that exists in the mobile payment platform in Webimation and improve the systematic commonability, expansibility and dynamics;2> To other independent platform SPs, we provide a new project of designing and putting up the mobile payment platform.In this thesis, we combine the need of the development of the mobile payment at present and characteristics of the intrinsic system in Webimation, improve the mobile payment platform, the main contents of research work and achievements are as follows:1> We discuss three mobile payment operations WAI\ USSD and JJE which were running in Webimation, at the same time, we give their network topology diagrams and application examples of each mobile payment operation;*2n We study the communication protocol which is used in three kinds of business, and summarize the data form that each kind of busiiess uses in the course of transmitting;3> According to the need of amelioration to the system, we define a language named S-WML which can basically meet the functional need of all payment operations in Webimation, it is a kind of mark language based on WML, it inherits some characteristics and functions of WML;4> We make some research on current system and point out its existing problem, then with the aims of giving a system which issuitable for independent platform SPs and improving the commonability, expansibility and dynamics of the system, we design the structure of the new system, and the holistic structure sketch maps and the functional module diagrams of each part;of given;5^ We design, the, system application program with class diagram in UML;After primarily finishing the design and implement of the new system, we provide an application example which prove the feasibility of the new system. The further work:For independent platform SPs, it is the need of development in the future to set up a mobile payment platform and develop mobile payment operation. This thesis offers a scheme of setting up mobile payment platform on the basis of solving the problem that exists in the present system in Webimation, if we can research mobile payment operation more deeply and extensively, and integrate numerous mobile payment operations together, it isundoubtedly a very meaningful job.To meet the need of expanding system, we define a language named S-WML which can basically meet the functional need of payment businesses in Webimation. However, at present, we should do more research on its open and closed(OCP)and give the necessary theoretic proof.
