In recent years, with the further development of ocean resources, the maritime ecological environment worsens day by day. Oceanic calamities, such as red tide, frequently take place. For the continuable development of ocean, it is imperative to accelerate the monitoring and control of the quality of sea water. But traditional methods of sea water quality detect are so inefficient that they can't meet the need of real-time quality detect of sea water. Therefore, it is urgent for sea water quality detect to develop ship-carrying spot monitoring system for oceanic environment. This subject is put forward on such a background.This subject is a maritime monitoring technology subject in the field of resource and environment which belongs to the National High-tech Research and Development Program (863 Torch Program). The core task is to develop ship-carrying spot monitoring system and make our country possess the spot monitoring ability for maritime ecological environment.The ship-carrying automatic biochemical analysis workstation developed in this subject is an integrative system of mechanism and electric which combines mechanical design technology, computer control technology, sensor detecting technology, communication technology, electromotor control technology and so on. The workstation adopts a rectangular coordinate servo manipulator with three unrestricted movement orientations as transmitting module and integrates sea water sampling pretreatment system and some necessary biochemical apparatus modules such as PCR apparatus, biochemical plate storeroom, electronic pipettor, rocking bed, biochemical plate washer, biochemical plate detect apparatus and so on. Under the control of main controller, this workstation realizes complete automation of sampling, processing and analyzing for sea phytoplankton (red tide alga).This dissertation mainly introduces the research on electric control system of ship-carrying automatic biochemical analysis workstation for maritime red tide alga.The electric control system of the workstation includes PC monitoring system and main controller system. PC monitoring system, which is developed with Visual Basic, plays an important role in communications with the server of ship-carrying maritime environment monitoring system and the main controller system. For the hardware design of main controller system, according to the architecture of "no-power motherboard + extended card" which industrial control computer adopts, no-power motherboard, mainboard and extended card are designed. Mainboard design adopts the popular pattern of "microcontroller + CPLD", and the extended card uses the mode of "CPLD + function circuit". For the software design of main controller system, following layer-dividing modularization design pattern, system managing programs, apparatus module programs, hardware interface driving subprograms, interruption service programs and so on are developed with C language.The microcontroller in mainboard adopts ATMEL's high-performance, low-power, RISC AVR 8-bit microcontroller ATmegal28, which possesses 4K Bytes internal SRAM, 4K Bytes EEPROM, 128K Bytes of in-system reprogrammable FLASH and up to 64K Bytes optional external memory space. It offers sufficient systemic resources for the development of the main controller system.The CPLD chip adopts ALTERA's EPM7218STI100-10 in MAX7000S family, EP1K50TI144-4, EP1K50QI208-3 in ACEX IK family, and EPF10K20TI144-4 in FLEX 10K family. The adoption of CPLD chip whose hardware logic can be reprogrammed in system helps to enhance the flexibility of system.In summary, this paper introduces the basic biochemical analysis principle of the automatic biochemical analysis workstation, system project design, hardware and software design of the electric control system, and some control subsystem design. At last, give a prospect of the design scheme for electric control system.
