Cellular Automaton is a Dynamic System, which is defined on the Cellular Space consisting of discrete and of limited states Cellular and evolves on the discrete time dimension according to partial rules. It is natural, rational and feasible in the respect of the real system's dynamic evolvement.In the research i ng methods of complicated systems, Cellular Automaton serving as a discrete Dynamic System sufficiently exhibits the soul of Complicacy Science that the complicated structure come from the mutual effect of simple sub-systems. The space-time characteristic makes Cellular Automaton be more applicable to the research in the field of Geography System being of complicated space-time characteristics, especially in the field of dynamic emulation of complicated system action.This paper introduces object-oriented cellular automaton, which is an extension of the standard cellular automaton by adding object-oriented methodologies. Basing on this model, the simulations of the structure and action of real-world entities are investigated, and an object-oriented simulation model of the spread of Natural Disaster and infectious disease, such as Birds' Influenza and SARS, is presented.In chapters 1 of this thesis, wefirst introduce CA. Then show research environments of CA in the world and state the future of CA.In chapters 2, we show the base knowledge of CA such as concepts, characters and structures.In chapter 3, we introduce complex system as the carrier of real Natural Disasters.In chapter 4, we introduce the Object-Oriented (OO) Idea .We showcharacters of the idea. Then explains concepts of OO such as entity, relation and property and so on. And show the feasibility of simulating realism system by applying encapsulation, inheritor and polymorphism.In chapter 5, 6, 7, we extending CA using OO .First we explain the principle of the extending. Then extend CA from its space, states, and rules to time. Then modeling the firewood and the disease distributing such as Birds' Influenza and SARS. And it is the key idea of this paper.Chapter 8 proposes the next step of OOCA application as a real dynamic disease distributing system.
