Proceeding from analysis of some news works and some latest achievements in narratology, this thesis focuses on the narrator, narrative time, narrative angle of view and narrative structural pattern. There are some original ideas on news narrative artistry in the thesis. In the past, narrators were usually classified into open narrators, hidden narrators and absent narrators. At the same time, this thesis does not agree that reporters equal narrators.
