The Robot Soccer has been became the research center of many Artificial Intelligence researchers. As a ideal testing platform of Multi-Agent Systems,it is involved in many technical domains. Now,RoboCup is the most important Robot Soccer Game in the world. The author has designed and realized a RoboCup simulation team under Windows platform based on the theory of Agent and Multi-Agent System. There are many consideration in the process of a RoboCup team design: the communication through network, message parsing, the architecture of Agent, the training of Agent's skills, the collaboration among Agents, etc. In the process we focused our mind on the following aspects: The module design of Agent:the author use Object Oriented software engineering to design a Agent project. This can make the Expansion of Agent become easy. The author introduced a new method based on decision tree learing to training a Agent's skill.Make the Agent can choose a better action according to situation on the field when our method is applied The author design a new method to enhance the ability of dribble based on algorithm A*. The author design the a Goalkeeper Agent based on Reactive Agent System and for the other Agents the author use the Delibrative Agent System to design them. The author introduce a local strategy of collaboration based on tree cooperation. whick realized the consciously collaboration of Agents and improved the cooperation and confrontation ability of the team. The author design a Taskmanager based on Multithread System. The Taskmanager can make full use of system performance to enhance the ability of Agent.
