Design And Implementation Of A Draft Delivering Management System Based On Workflow

The traditional handle official business process is becoming weak to fulfill the requirements of modern times. It's necessary to setup a high efficient and safe OA system to deal with the official business.This thesis is supported by the project of official business automatization in Zhejing University of Technology. In this thesis, we construct the infrastructure of the electronic archives management system based on the workflow management reference model. We focus on the design and implement the web-based draft delivering management system of this the electronic archives management system. We use UML to analyze and design the function modules and use XML to describe the contents.The major tasks in this thesis include:1)Analyzing the current status of the electronic archives management system nowadays. 2)Designing the electronic archives management system based on the requirements of daily business in Zhejiang University of Technology. 3) Designing the electronic archives management system in details. 4)Implementing the web-based draft delivering management system.Its features include: 1) It is easy to be installed. 2)The archives status is under control. 3) It is flexible to expand the management workflows. 4)It is easy to expand the system functions. The electronic archives management system is proved to improve the efficiency of daily archives business distinctly.
