Research On The Quality Non-Detection And Classification Technology Of Orange Based On The Computer Vision

The classification technology guarantees the quality of fruits, satisfaction of customs and the profit level of fruit industry. The technology of quality inspection and classification of farm produce is becoming more and more important because of the rapid progress of agriculture's modernization. In our country, many quality detections of fruits depend on the human sense organs that is subjective assess leads to lowness of efficiency and bigness of error. The appearance quality of export fruits is not good. As a result, the fruits lack of competition in the international market. It is necessary to enhance detection technology of fruits quality. Comparing to other detection technology, the characteristic of the computer vision technology is high speed, large information, many functions and obtaining the precision quantity. The paper provides a new algorithm of the quality inspection and classification of oranges based on computer vision. The contents of each chapter are described as follows:The first chapter expounds the significance of quality inspection and classification of the orange and its situation. Then the paper gives the possibility and advantages of this technique, shows the research purpose, main contents and innovation points.The second chapter summarizes the system structure of image recognition, and also brings forward the practical model, hardware and software of this subject matter.The third chapter sums up the basic concepts of image pretreatment, image recognition and characteristics pick-up, then analyzes the characteristics of the orange, and analyze them.
