With the progress of modern industry, computer network and multimedia, the technology of image processing has been developed explosively. The digital image processing has become the study and research subject of engineering, computer science and biology, and it has been applied to the industry, communications, military and medicine. This task is aimed to the technology of wavelet, especial the application of second wavelet in image processing, and sets up the system of image capture and processing. This task includes the principles of wavelet, the model of lifting scheme which is none-based Fourier analysis, simple operation and integer transform. We give the de-noise method based on the optimization estimate theory and Second Generation Wavelet Transform. The method reduces the blur of image edge after removing noise, it is feasible and superiority to others through the experiment data. It also includes multi-scale edge detect and signal bizarre theory. On the other hand, based on Windows system and image processing algorithm this task gives the secondary development of image capture process system through VC++6.0. The DH-CG400 Card is used, and some methods,steps and important codes are given. The functions that the card library offered are used to capture and process image, and the same time that satisfies the real time of the system characteristics. As a result based on the theory of image processing and wavelet, the system can successfully transfer the image in space field and wavelet field, and it processes and detects the captured image. Another, the feasibility of image capture precision is given for image system.
