In recent years, home-used mobile robot has become another research hotspot. They have not been limited in military field. Many technologies, which had been used in the military field successfully, have been used in the field of home-used robot, for example technology of collection environment information by sensor and technology of autonomous navigation and location.This dissertation introduced the apperceived system of the cleaning, including system compose, design principle and development process of its software and hard ware system.Analyzes the math characteristic and the mat model of ensor. For overcoming its uncertainty, by investigating the working mechanism and characteristic of sonar data filtering method is presented.According to the machine apparatus and work capability of the cleaning robot, The hardware circuit of the control system with 89C2051 singlechip has been designed, which include the circuit of sending signals and receiving circuit of ultrasonic, coding circuit, decoding circuit and so on. The software of the single chip microcomputer used of C51 language has been developed according to the control strategy.This paper has tested the performance of sensor system. The experiment proved that the sensor can satisfy the cleaning robot command.
