Study On Computer Aided Process Dimension And Tolerance Design | Posted on:2006-10-30 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:L Zhang | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2168360155463339 | Subject:Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | On the basis of comprehensive analysis for recent research status of computer-aided tolerancing, binding projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (50275136) and Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang (502016), the methodology and technology of process dimension and process tolerance decision is studied. In chapter 1, the important role of computer-aided tolerancing in modern manufacture and research status on key theories and technologies of the region are summarized. The main contents and general structure scheme of this dissertation are given. In chapter 2, the traditional process tolerance designing methods and the model of optimized design of process tolerance are studied. The model of simultaneous design of tolerance is established according to the requirement of simultaneous design and characters of process tolerance design. In chapter 3, the used methods of process dimension are analyzed; the theories of technological dimension formulas are summarized. The method for computer-aided process dimension account on the basis of technological dimension formulas is put forward. In chapter 4, the account and manage methods for man-hour ration are analyzed, the manage methods for man-hour ration on the basis of neural networks are studied. The relevant model of man-hour ration is built. In chapter 5, based on the 3D CAD system (SolidWorks), a prototype system for process dimension and tolerance decision is developed. In chapter 6, the important results and conclusions of the dissertation are summarized and the future research on Compute-aided Tolerancing is prospected.
