The file is a civilization result that the human society developed into certain stage, and a sum of great wealth of human society. From ancient times to the present, People protect it, care it, but some harmful microorganisms of nature still attack them constantly with the simple and dogged tactics .In order to lengthen the service life of the file to the maximum extent, It has been important subjects in the technological educational circles and studied all the time how to prevent and cure and kill the harmful microorganism effectively.The nanometer material is a new developing science .Widely applied to the production of industry, aviation, coating industry and daily necessities because it has some special physics chemical properties. Among them it is two kinds of nanometer materials which restrain fungus and sterilization with very good result that nanometer oxidizes zinc and nanometer silver , Apply cosmetics produce , manufacture of medicine and is it defend mould antibiotic , fiber of ant ultraviolet industry to produce widely already at home and abroad . Then, it is mould whether these two kinds of new developing materials could be applied to the dyke of the file storehouse, taking this purpose; we have launched a series of experiments and research.This thesis is made up of six experiments .The first experiment is to carry on the sample investigation to several representative typical archives on geographical position of province, and understand the state infected in every archive. The second experiment, we select several kinds of the mildew prevention which have been used in the archive buildings commonly, and carry on a test experiment to compare theirs function of defend the fungi, and select the best mildew prevention to be the matched group. The third experiment , we dissolve two kinds of nanometer materials in the aseptic water with different density, to compare restraining the fungus result of them .The fourth experiment, we mix two kinds of nanometer materials in the basic coating with different density separately ,compare restraining the fungus result of them compared with dissolving differing significantly in the aseptic water .The result is very optimistic ,two material dissolve on aseptic ink or basic coating having certaineffect on the fungus result. The third and the fourth experiment all belong to the experiment of small-scale laboratory ,the fifth and the sixth experiment all belong to the comprehensive test of the real environment .The fifth experiment, we choose the mildew prevention additive which sale on the market to brush in actual building , to test its performance of suppressing the storehouse microorganism .Through observation of several months, its aging is relatively low, not very ideal mould pharmaceutical of dyke .So in sixth experiment, we sneak into the basic coating two material with different density ,mix the nanometer coating by oneself, test it and restrain fungus result. The coating accord with the characteristic such as being long of the high-efficient, broad spectrum, low-toxicity, prescription, Fang suitable for the file storehouse disinfects moldy, has certain feasibility.Because study at present and use the nanometer material to be dissolved and used for suppressing the microorganism in the air or the carrier material of file storehouse to also seldom see at home in the basic coating , the experiments are innovative certainly.
