According to the use, architecture can be sum up four kinds: special office building, office building, integrated building, dwelling house. Compared with the office building that people are mustered, the intelligentize of dwelling house is different. The dwelling house always adopts computer to monitor. Contemporarily the intelligentize should increase functions that have close relation with human life, such as guard against theft and alarm system, fire control and alarm system, gas leak, call the police and family urgency appeal.Based on the Lonworks control network platform, the communications, broad band and control network of intelligent dwelling house are analyzed at length in this paper which proves the possibility that the control communications based on the Lonworks and its advantage compared with other networks. Moreover, the paper concretely confirms the communication agreement which are used in the network: coding mode is Manchester encoding, network data exchange mode is virtual circuit, controlling error coding is CRC, controlling medium accessing mode is Predictive P-Presistent CSMA, route selection algorithms of net nodes are improved genetic algorithms founded on the mobile robot based on new free space structuring approach. Then the paper detailedly analyzes the LonTalk agreement which is the communication agreement of Lonworks and accordingly improves the compatibility of Lonworks net in three unattached networks. Thereby, it makes it possible that three networks can be used together in the Lonworks controlling network platform.According to the confirmed communication agreement and algorithms, the paper brings forward the Lonworks controlling network platform that aimed at the intelligent dwelling house based on the theory. Compared with the CAN, BACnet and Devicenet in technique and communication, we can give prominence to the advantage and security of the Lonworks controlling network platform and make preservations to realize the net communication concretely.Based on the Lonworks controlling network platform, the paper raises a hardware design project of the visual and communication platform nodes in intelligent dwelling house that founded on the embedded processor and Lonworks and relevant hardware circuit graphic, puts forward the work flow of idiographic module, and realizes the integration of the communication, broad band andcontrolling network in intelligent dwelling house. According to the need of the manage department in dwelling house, the paper raises the remote expense statistic system of water, electricity and gas based on the electrical wire communication, and designs the hardware principle graphic and the software work flow of automatic expense statistic system. These make the design of remote expense statistic system in dwelling house possible.The design project put forward in the paper establishes the visual and communication platform in intelligent dwelling house that founded on the embedded processor and Lonworks, and provides the advantage for the research and exploiture in the future.
