Research And Implementation On Computer Control System Of Sling Stretch Test Machine

As everybody knows, sling must be tested by sample extruding before leaving factory. The manipulate process of handmade and traditional machine and electric controlled test machine is too complicated, the experiment precision is not good enough, it is not convenient to record experiment data and the disposal is not timely. All these problems above can not satisfy the manufacture company's requirements for the demand of test machine's function. According to these situations, this designed and implemented a set of computer-controlled system of sling stretch test machine, which has good function, steady capability and convenient to manipulate.According to the research and analysis on the consumers' requirements and current facilities, this paper designed the controlling scheme and structure of test machine's computer-controlled system. 1 also chose the hardware model of the controlling system and constructed dependable hardware flat roof for achieving the computer control of the trial machine. This paper analyzed the controlling algorithm, chose P1D to achieve the controlling of stretch speed and studied the methods of expanding the components of the algorithm function in MCGS. According to the analysis on software requirements, this paper designed the basic structure of controlling software of sling stretch test machine and it is made up with modules of parameter setting, data collection & manipulation, control, data record and display, export of report forms, and so on. It specified the methods of using MCGS configuration software to implemnet each module. This paper also designed the testing scheme and did systemic tests. As the testing results shows, the computer-controlled system of trial machine this paper designed and implemented can entirely satisfy every requirement for sling stretch experiment and it did achieve a lot in practice.
