Every student of new century should have creativity and exploring inspirit in college. WebQuest is Instructional Design new pattern based on Intelnet accord with time spirit.In this paper discusses webquest's provenance, applying condition, developing status, defining researching learning's theory on the base of many experts' research. At the same time, analyses the relation of webquest with rechearch-based learning and theory base of ID. Points out the request of the webquest-based researching learning to teacher's basic quality. Puts forwards the ID model to webquest-based researching learning combining with practice teaching and designs teaching plan for e-Business object after the model experiment in teaching.The paper draws a conclusion through research: The webquest-based researching learning integrating teaching of classroom is feasible in college. Not only researching learning with subject teaching supplies each other, but also researching learning achieves evident effect to bring up students ability of practice and solving problems, advances them innovation spunk. Researching learning with webquest gained achievements on training students ability of exploring , dealing with information, extending knowledge, and edifying wisdom. Instructional Design template in the article is offering some help to other college specialty courses of researching learning.
