A Large Scale Network Traffic And Security Simulation System

Nowadays, with the enlarging of the network,the study on network security has become more and more complex.as a new way of studying network,network simulation has been the focus to researchers.Network simulation includes topological simulation,traffic simulation,network attack simulation.they are very important to the study of network simulation.most of the network simulation tools support all kinds of simulation models and technicals.Ns-2 is the most popular network simulation tool.there are many network simulation tools,but none of them supports the simulation of large scale network.the paper presents a network security status simulation system.it takes over some models and technicals designed for large scale network simulation.the researchers can study the security problems of large scale network ,such as internet,on the system. There are two parts in the system,one is designed for the user interface,the other is designed for the actual simulation.the paper will introduce the simulation part in details and the paper will introduce the cirtical technicals in simulation as well,which include large scale network topological model,large scale network traffic model and DDoS simulation model.the study of large scale network simulation are bond to the verification with the actual statistic closely.plenty of statistic is acquired from the actual network environment to research.most of the experiments result shows the models and the technicals in the system can well describe the large scale network's behavior in simulation.
