In this thesis, how to achieve sharp characteristic of the image of cells in body liquid, and correct to classify and identify cells are discussed. In fact, the image shape and grain are two main characteristics to identify image target In the thesis, the following works have been completed.1. Based on the simpleness introducing to describing method for image shape characteristic, the feature of custom describing method for image shape characteristic is discussed.2. A method was brought forward to describe and analysis cell image, which is based on fitting the edge of cell image with straight line. Introduced and discussed the principle, implement method, the result of experiment and the disadvantage of this method.3.
