The Research On The Embedded Gateway And The Application In Photovoltaic System

In the future, one of the main utilization of solar energy will be the photovoltaic grid-connected system. Our country needs eagerly to develop photovoltaic grid-connected system. For utilization system on large scale, the remote data acquisition will be very important.Embedded system has been applied widely in industrial and household devices. With the popularization of Internet, adding Internet networking capability to embedded system has become an important direction of current computer development. The traditional field bus has not met the requirements. Taking advantage of the Internet and realizing the interworking of distributed control system are hot subjects of research. Therefore, the gateway which connects the application system with Internet becomes the key device in the whole system.This paper researches deeply on the principle, development and implementation technique of embedded gateway based on grid-connected PV system.This paper studies deeply the IEEE802.3 standard, field bus, and completely analyses the TCP/IP protocol implementation.Based on analysis and comparison of the different hardware implementation, the paper selects the 32-bit network processor as the center, combines it with the storage, networking interface, etc., and finally designs and implements the hardware platform of embedded gateway.This paper implements the gateway software platform by choosing Linux as operation system of gateway, and researching into the technique of programming for boot loader and device drivers.The paper discusses the software developing technology of gateway application, and selects TEA as data Encryption Algorithm to protect data.This paper completes the fieldbus/802.3/IP gateway of photovoltaic grid-connected system fieldbus/802.3/IP. The test result and practical operation show that each part of circuits runs stably. The predicable purposes are fulfilled.
