Analysis And Design Of Vital Construction Project Remote Auditing Information System

Vital Construction project Auditing Information System is a system which supervise the activities in total cycle life of construction project remotely by means of computer network and auditing software. This system make real-auditing for the important construction project through the network platform. This system provide the department of auditing with proper, real-time and mutual information, and improve the level of automation in auditing. To sum up, This system can colligate auditing and economic activities in construction project.This paper mainly make detailed system analysis and system design for such an system .This paper make function demand analysis, work process analysis and data flow analysis by means of information system, on the basis of which this paper design the total system structure. The article make firstly general analysis for the total system structure and function, then make detailed analysis and design for the two sub system: the cost auditing and finance benefit auditing .And a demonstration example of the latter is given in this paper. Expectation is advanced by the last which forecast the development direction of the auditing information system.This paper attempt to introduce linear programming into construction project auditing, and make the analysis to the optimization model of cost and time, the meaning lies in transferring the importance into the capital benefit auditing. What this paper has done are as following :1. confirm the application model developing method and platform after comparing and analyzing the condition.2. finish the total demand analysis of VCAPIS, and make furtherer study as far as demand analysis strategy and organization structure, work process, environment analysis and etc.3. advance the principle and method of system design, and finish the design of the sub sys tern function .database .network platform and system safety strategy.4. make detailed system analysis and design to the finance benefit auditing and cost auditing and system, and program to demonstrate the former.
