The Research Of Enterprise Document Retrieval Model Based On Ontology

The document in enterprise has increased explosively with the development of the enterprise, how to retrieval the needed document from the vast data has been an important problem in the enterprise knowledge management; Ontology is the common understanding to a certain domain knowledge, and offers the knowledge acquisition and sharing based on semantic level. So we can recur to ontology, and it can promote the common understanding of user and information server to a certain domain knowledge, promote the level of knowledge retrieval, and promote the recall ratio and pertinency ration of the document retrieval with defining and sharing the common domain knowledge.We firstly give some research and analysis to the concept, categorization, function, description language, theory and the application research status of ontology, then analyze and compare the theory of document retrieval technology based on classifying it into four types. Then the specific situation of the research about the information retrieval technology based on the ontology is given in the following paper and we provide a enterprise document retrieval model based on ontology aiming at its shortcomings. It is put forward in this model that we can view the paragraphs of documents as the unit for retrieval, and extract information from enterprise documents to establish ontological descriptors and express the paragraphs and retrieval quest in ontology descriptors form. Then we research the build method of domain ontologies, the calculate method of ontology descriptors similarity and the fuzzy clustering analysis of documents, and an example is also given after it.
