Recently during the process of building campus Internet, resource competition and wasting is a big contradiction. Data Grid is proposed to solve it in this article. As an up-to-date realm of computer science research, Grid technology focuses on sharing of resources and cooperating of computing. In Campus Data Grid (CDG), when a client requests such huge and widely distributed data, the data has potentially many replicas or is distributed so that the client must cost more. So, it is main problems solving that how to create and delete replicas dynamically and how to select in replicas improves efficiency to search data. Globus is the most popular Grid platform. It has helped building many grid applications in the world, such as European Data Grid. It is helpful to develop a grid test bed. Globus Toolkit2.4 has been chosen as the grid platform in the CDG and a grid environment has been built. In this environment, data transfer and replica selection based on network and hierarchical have been researched and implemented. We tested the two modules and proved they are working properly. Faster of dynamic replication strategy is based on Fastspread, and is more adaptive to campus. At last, this two strategies were proved and analysed in MicroGrid.
