Design And Implementation Of Information Management System Of Garment Manufacturing Enterprises Based On Network

In this paper, the author makes a brief account of the informationization status quo in the domestic garment manufacturing enterprises (GME), analyses the structure, function of different department and the distinct characteristics in their business procedure as well. A new information management model—the order management sub-system and sourcing management sub-system catering to the demand of GME is put forward. The sub-system realizes the management during the lifecycle of an "Order". The whole system is implemented with SQL Server as its DBMS, and through Web technology and B/S model combining the data processing capability of ADO.NET. The systemefficiently realizes all the functions needed in the information management system of GME.In the final chapter, the characteristics of SQL Server and the measures used to ensure data integrality and security are narrated.
